New Fonio, Who Dis?

International Style Rice Lager was brewed in collaboration with BSG and Fermentis. We utilized two new-to-us ingredients in this crisp and refreshing brew. We used a West African grain, known as Fonio, in the mash, whole cone American Saaz with a kiss of Citra, and fermented it with E-30, a lager strain with nuanced fruity notes.
